Changing and Toilets

Spelthorne Leisure Centre allows free access to all competitors for toilets, changing, and showers. Entrants are also entitled to a free swim. Refreshments are also available in the centre.

Massage

Our lovely friends at Staines Chiropractic can provide you with a pre-race and post-race massage completely free of charge. They have supported the event for almost ten years and accept donations on our behalf, for our chosen charities.

Race HQ

Race HQ will open at 07.30. You will need to come here to get your race number and timing chip. They will NOT be sent to you.

Baggage

The baggage storage area is at Race HQ, in the Leisure Centre. Please note that this is unsupervised. The organisers cannot accept responsibility for security and advise that competitors do not leave valuables in their bags.
