First Aid/Medical
Medical Conditions
If you have a medical condition that will need consideration should you be taken ill during the race, please inform the race official at Information - Race HQ, at registration, and write the details on the back of your race number.
First Aid
We use an event medical response company to provide First Aid and they will provide medical support on the course if necessary, and at the finish. There will also be a mobile treatment unit. Please add any relevant medical details on the reverse of your race number before the race starts.
Feeling unwell
If you feel unwell before the race, or have not been well for a few days prior to the event, please do not start - remember there is always another year and another race!
If you feel unwell during the race, please alert the nearest event marshal in a yellow tabard who will contact the first aiders.
