  Race HQ

Race HQ will open at 07.30. You will need to come here to get your race number and timing chip. They will NOT be sent to you. Race HQ is at the rear of Eclipse (Spelthorne) Leisure Centre. There is NO ACCESS to Race HQ via the front entrance to the leisure centre, so please follow the Staines 10K signage. Line up at the letter of your surname to get your race number and shoe timing chip. Complete your details on the rear of the number and then pin it to the front of your top and attach the timing chip to your shoe through the laces.

Baggage

The baggage storage area is at Race HQ, in the Leisure Centre. Please note that this is unsupervised. The organisers cannot accept responsibility for security and advise that competitors do not leave valuables in their bags.

Massage

Our lovely friends at Staines Chiropractic can provide you with a pre-race and post-race massage completely free of charge. They have supported the event for over ten years and accept donations on our behalf, for our chosen charities.

Changing and Toilets

Please note that unless you are a member at Eclipse (Spelthorne) Leisure Centre there are no changing or shower facilities for runners. Temporary toilets will be available on the way to the start in the Council car park. Refreshments (Costa Coffee) will be available in the leisure centre and Julianellas ice cream will be outside.
